Our sharing-style feasts are relaxed, informal, and delicious. Whether you’re dining indoors or out, savour Queensland and NSW's finest cuts expertly prepared by our chefs and served with a generous array of accompaniments. 

​For larger groups, this menu can be served as a buffet with grazing tables and heated chafing dishes.

 Dietary requirements

We cater for all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, halal, kosher, and all allergens. We can also allocate a completely allergen free kitchen space and create, for example, a nut free menu.​

These are served sharing style, with pan juice and veal bone gravy, best crispy roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, roasted roots, balsamic French shallots, buttered greens, country slaw, gourmet salad selection.​
